If you add to much sugar to your diet then your body cannot process it and will turn into fat. Avoid canned / processed food and only eat natural / organic food where possible.
  • Salt
    This is another ingredient that you should monitor. Once again, used as a natural preservative, but can be harmful in excessive quantities causing high blood pressure and other illnesses.
